Worthy in Worthing

Reginald Ballum opened its doors in 2014 and is the kind of shop that you could easily lose a couple of hours happily trawling through every nook and cranny- and you’ll always find something! This distinctive little antique shop nestled in the West End of Worthing, specialises in sourcing and renovating, then of course selling the diverse collection of decorative antiques, timeworn classics, vintage and unique industrial pieces. It could be said that it’s Worthing’s best kept secret, maybe because it's the town’s most attractive and competitively priced antique shop and the locals are reluctant to let news of this gem spread!

The owner Darren has a passion and knowledge of antiques, which is evident in the quality and variety stocked across the shop’s two floors. Each item that has been renovated has been treated with care, to ensure that only stunning quality, high-end pieces make it onto the shop floor.

It’s this distinct quirky quality that has enabled Reginald Ballum to not only supply one off items for the home but also decorative pieces to dress boutique hotels, shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Take a look at the website where you can browse this Aladdin’s cave of delights, before popping into Darren’s place, where he’s always willing to source a unique item for you, or lend a few renovation ideas and advice.
